Job Opportunity at EOS Performance Institute, Inc - Vaughan, ON

EOS Performance Institute Inc. is looking to add an eager and driven member to its physiotherapy team. The successful candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

• a willingness to help develop their own caseload i.e. blogging, FB posts, meeting with local sports and school teams, etc.

• the ability to work independently

• the skills to function within a team environment - our team includes both athletic therapists and massage therapists (naturopathic doctor has been hired as well)

• the desire to learn about the business aspect of healthcare and subsequently apply it to this clinic

• the ability to function within the CPO guidelines re: ethics and scope of practice

• incredibly strong interpersonal skills

• very strong skills with both written and spoken reports for clients and other medical practitioners, most notably MD's

The successful candidate will be expected to help themselves develop a caseload. This individual will receive all back-end support that is required to succeed i.e. immediate professional bio on our website, FB posting, Twitter posting, blog, etc. Each practitioner receives business cards and one-page posters to utilize for self-promotion.

Because this individual will be required to work hard, compensation will be generous - a split fee is being offered and, to the successful candidate, performance bonuses will be available.

Since this clinic is looking to expand its services to include physio treatments for neurological impairments (i.e. brain injury, spinal cord injury, progressive degenerative conditions), individuals who have a desire to enter into this largely untapped and lucrative aspect of physio care will be strongly favored.
